Take Control of Your Bad Breath

We’ve all had those days where we feel that our breath is not so friendly to those around us. The usual good remedies include a thorough teeth brushing, a stick of sugar free gum (make sure it’s free of aspartame too!), or quick rinse with mouth-wash. But if you, or your loved ones, have noticed that your breath has been a little funky as of late, here are few things to consider.

If you have gone through the checklist, and still don’t know why your breath is bad, see your doctor or dentist immediately. There are many diseases and illnesses, such as periodontal disease (gum disease), respiratory infections, sinus infections, diabetes, acid reflux, liver and kidney problems just to name a few, that can lead to bad breath. Don’t put your breath or, more importantly, your health at risk.
